We currently find ourselves operating amidst the hustle and bustle characteristic of this time of year, every year—especially as we approach the fall and winter holidays. This period is traditionally our busiest and the industry’s busiest, and we understand this affects everyone involved in cabinet design, manufacturing, and material supplies, as well as clients.
Currently, the entire industry is grappling with heightened demands on production, which leads to extended delivery timeframes of several weeks more than is typical. Additionally, supply chain challenges for specific materials echo the struggles faced by various industries, such as the recent issues affecting car manufacturers.
Quality Remains Our Top Priority
Anticipating your concerns, which we share, Holland’s wants to assure you that we prioritize the quality of materials and craftsmanship in our cabinets and manufacturing process regardless of slightly longer project timelines. We won’t compromise on these aspects simply to get your job done faster. Staying the Course
For those of you who have already completed the design and estimate process with Holland’s, we appreciate the 2 to 3 weeks we’ve spent collaborating. As we enter the production phase pending your acceptance of the estimate and our anticipated schedule, please be mindful that working with another cabinet maker would likely result in an additional 2-3 weeks to restart your project with them, further delaying project completion.
We’d hate to see that happen and remind you that all other cabinet manufacturers are facing the same issues and are not likely to be as well prepared as Hollands is to deliver for you despite promises made to the contrary.
