Brandon Cullifer rejoined the Holland’s Custom Cabinets team as a Residential Client Manager in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted connection to the company.
Though a new hire in his current role, Brandon is no stranger to Holland’s, having previously worked with the team from October 2011 to October 2013. His return to Holland’s underscores his passion for custom cabinetry and the strong bonds he has formed within the company and the community.
Brandon’s Role
As a Residential Client Manager, Brandon works closely with customers throughout the entire custom cabinet sales, building, and installation process. He ensures that clients receive the quality and functionality they desire.
“Choosing cabinets and knowing what’s available can be a challenge. There are tons of options,” Brandon explains. From face frame to European construction, hardwood to laminate, and from ornate detailed crown molding to soft close drawers, floating shelves, lighting, and much more, Brandon and the rest of the Client Manager team at Holland’s work with clients every step of the way.

Brandon’s connection to Holland’s Custom Cabinets runs deep. “I grew up around Holland’s and have known some of the crew my entire life,” he says. “When I rejoined the Holland’s team last year, it just felt natural. We’re a family.”

For Brandon, being a good employee means showing up with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and serve customers. He doesn’t single out any particular project at Holland’s as his favorite.
“If I have to pick one Holland’s project that I am particularly proud of, I’d have to say ‘All of them.’ At the end of the day, if the client is happy, I’m happy. Every job counts.”
Brandon appreciates the collaborative environment at Holland’s, where the engineering team provides excellent 3D renderings of projects, giving customers a clear idea of what to expect.
“Nothing beats the feeling of seeing finished, custom cabinets being installed,” he says, closely followed by experiencing the tangible satisfaction that comes from delivering a high-quality, custom-made product, which for many clients is the culminations of years of dreaming.

A San Diego native, Brandon has also spent time in Chicago working as a professional chef. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, fishing, music, and spending quality time with friends and family.
