Holland’s Custom Cabinets worked closely with the homeowners, builder, and other subcontractors in this new build to deliver custom cabinets that met all client “must-haves” plus their budget and timeline.
We worked with the clients to provide custom cabinet solutions for the kitchen’s open layout, ample seating for guests at the kitchen island for entertaining, usable closet storage space with an area to set suitcases when packing for trips, and even an upstairs beverage center for late night snacks and drinks.
Using the latest materials such as Cleaf (a textured melamine product), we were able to provide cabinets featuring a realistic-looking wood product that is both low maintenance and environmentally friendly.
These stunning, modern cabinets provide a timeless appearance that optimizes storage and functionality and makes use of open display areas.
With an open kitchen layout, these clients desired plenty of seating for entertaining, glass doors for displaying stored items, Shaker style doors with flush 3″ crown molding for a modern look, large drawers under the cooktop for storing pots and pans, floating shelves for displaying unique and special items, custom wine cubbies, and a long open counter for entertaining and food preparation. Holland’s delivered . . . and then some.
Sleek, modern, yet timeless are they key words describing these three-and-a-half baths. Continuing the look and feel of the kitchen cabinetry but with designs unique to each bathroom, we worked with the clients to maximize counter space, sinks, and under cabinet storage, to include spaces for towels, toiletries, and other bathroom accessories.
These clients wanted to maximize usable closet space, with open shelving, and an area to set suitcases when packing for trips. Storage includes large drawers and dedicated storage for shoes and smaller items.
We designed shelving solutions to fit custom spaces and offer display options for unique and varied items throughout the house.
This upstairs beverage center for late night snacks and drinks is every homeowner’s dream. In this case, we were able to make it a reality, turning the space into a bar featuring wall-mounted cabinets, ample counter space, under counter cabinets and drawers, and a mini-fridge.
There is no such thing as wasted space when you use custom shelving and cabinets to turn every nook in your home into a useable storage space and display area. It’s also a great way to carry the look and feel of the custom cabinetry and shelving throughout the home.
