Holland’s Custom Cabinets provided comprehensive custom millwork solutions for the Reynolds Lot 20 project in Carlsbad, California, focusing on maximizing storage and functionality across various office and communal spaces.

• Open Office 201: Features plastic laminate-covered tall 30″ deep storage cabinets and base cabinets, complemented by plastic laminate countertops with a backsplash and 1 1/2″ edges.
• Each restroom area features plastic laminate countertops with a backsplash, 1 1/2″ edge, and a plastic laminate apron, installed with a 2x wall ledger. The Women’s restrooms also include a plastic laminate panel leg.
• Kitchen equipped with plastic laminate-covered upper and base cabinets, along with plastic laminate countertops and back splashes with 1 1/2″ edges.
• Lunch area contains plastic laminate-covered upper and base cabinets, and plastic laminate countertops with a backsplash and 1 1/2″ edge. This area also incorporates Blum Aventos lift systems for some upper cabinets and a Kessebohmer single trash pull-out. Floating shelves are also featured.
• Both stair areas feature paint grade poplar wall caps with a reveal strip (Stair B) or 1/2″ trim (Stair A) at low walls.
• General Specifications: All exposed cabinet surfaces are plastic laminate, with white melamine interiors and industrial grade particle board cores. Cabinets are equipped with Blum 120° hinges and full extension drawer guides. Slab style doors and drawer fronts with vertical match grain and .018 PVC banding were used throughout. Some doors and drawers have tip-ons for easy opening. Four-inch wire cabinet pulls were also installed.
