Holland’s Custom Cabinets meticulously crafted and installed custom cabinetry for this residence in Jamul, California, focusing on a highly personalized kitchen design and a functional media center.
Kitchen Cabinetry:
Features a face-frame Euro style with 11/16″ overlay.
Cabinet materials are a mix of paint grade and walnut finishes.
Interiors are pre-finished maple plywood.
Upper and base door styles, as well as small and large drawer fronts, are F-panel with 3″ stiles and rails in burgundy.
Concealed Euro style Blum hinges with soft-close functionality are used.
Drawers feature Blumotion under-mount full extension guides.
Dovetail drawer boxes are constructed from 1/2″ pre-finished 9-ply Baltic birch plywood.
Granite countertops with a 2 1/2″ mitered edge detail are installed.
Under-cabinet lighting is integrated with double bottoms in uppers for puck lights and electrical outlets.
Applied dummy door panels are on exposed finished ends.
Custom wood panels are applied to the refrigerator, refrigerator drawers (Sub-Zero Model #ID-24R), and dishwasher (Fisher & Paykel Model #DD24DHT16).
A wood hood is installed, featuring a 3/4″ x 3″ flat band on top with a 1 1/2″ overhang.
A Rev-A-Shelf #R4DPS-3921 drawer peg system is included in two top island drawers.
A Rev-A-Shelf #R4WCSC-2150DM-2 double 50 qt. trash pull-out is integrated into the island.
The island countertop has 15″ overhangs and is dadoed for steel supports.
The kitchen includes a wine rack with an Omega National Premium Wine Rack Lattice.
