This condo remodel in Cabrillo Tower presented significant logistical hurdles, including a strict five-month completion window, rigid HOA guidelines, structural concrete walls that limited plumbing and electrical changes, and restricted building access with only one freight elevator. To overcome these challenges, we relied on meticulous project management and coordinated seamlessly with our construction partners to schedule precise material deliveries. We optimized the condo’s limited footprint by installing a Standard European frameless design paired with durable, easy-to-maintain Thermofoil Shaker doors. By integrating custom built-ins in the bedroom and living spaces, we maximized storage and delivered a bright, beautifully updated transitional home exactly on schedule.
