Nestled in the Beach Barber Tract neighborhood of La Jolla, this home renovation project featured custom kitchen and bathroom storage solutions manufactured and installed by the Holland’s Custom Cabinets team. In collaboration with the homeowners and designer Elizabeth Aaron from EA Interiors, the Holland’s team produced unique cabinets, doors, drawers, and floating vanities that featured a variety of European-style details. Once completed, this kitchen won Zephyr’s 2023 “Kitchen of the Year” award.

• Master bath floating vanity suspended from full-height linen with eight drawers
• Four-foot floating guest bathroom vanity with four drawers
• Four-inch shaker doors with new paint-grade soft-close hinges
• Scribe-fit frameless European cabinets with concealed soft-close European hinges
• Prefinished plywood interiors
• Horizontal match-grain textured melamine exteriors
• Gola route in aluminum tracks for handle-free cabinet openings
• Cabinets are designed for a 1″ shadow line at the ceiling.
• Dovetail 9-ply drawer boxes and undermount soft-close drawer guides
• Flat slab (no lip, no detail) and horizontal match grain.
