We are a Cabinet Manufacturing & Installation Company, Family-Owned Business-45+ Yrs Seeking to add a Residential Sales Representative to our San Diego Office.
Full Time Position Open Immediately.
Responsibilities include;
Meeting with clients, jobsite measurements, preparing estimates, consultations with clients during cabinet design phase, managing client expectations, managing job schedules and job progress, and most importantly, communication with clients from start to finish. Typical work hours 7am to 5pm with occasional Saturday or evenings at customers’ requests.
Skills Required:
- Must have 3 years minimum sales experience
- Construction experience helpful and/or cabinet experience helpful
- Ability to read blueprints
- Must be a local resident familiar with San Diego County
- Must be self-motivated
- Strong communication skills
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Ability to negotiate
- Basic computer skills
- Organized
- Honest
- Reliable
Willing to Train: For individuals who possess the above listed skillset
Salary Range: $62K with potential to earn up to $100K
